When you request a Builder Scan, a qualified conversation, or an individual cohort, we collect the information you submit: name, email, company when relevant, current role, company size when relevant, objective, and selected audience.

We retain the page where the request started, the page where it was submitted, campaign parameters (UTM source, medium, campaign, term, and content), your consent choice, and the time of consent so we can attribute and handle the request correctly.

We also use PostHog analytics to understand site usage. Analytics events are treated as pseudonymous and are used to improve the website and services.

How we use data

We use submitted lead information to qualify and respond to your request, prepare the appropriate LearnAIthing path, and route managed-outcome needs to AI Jungle when relevant.

We do not sell personal data and do not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Retention and rights

We keep lead information for as long as the business relationship requires. You can request deletion at any time.
