Data we collect

When you request a Builder Scan, a qualified conversation, or an individual cohort, we collect the information you submit: name, email, company when relevant, current role, company size when relevant, objective, and selected audience.

We retain the page where the request started, the page where it was submitted, campaign parameters (UTM source, medium, campaign, term, and content), your consent choice, and the time of consent so we can attribute and handle the request correctly.

PostHog and Google Analytics 4 measure public page visits and selected interactions only after you accept analytics. Microsoft Clarity requires the separate optional replay choice and masks page text and form inputs. We exclude private routes and sensitive URLs from these tools and do not send form contents or chat messages. Reopen Cookies to change your choices; withdrawing analytics or replay removes their browser cookies and storage and reloads the page to unload the tools. Cloudflare Web Analytics provides separate site performance and traffic measurements through the hosting layer, independently of these optional trackers; its totals are not combined with PostHog or GA4.

How we use data

We use submitted lead information to qualify and respond to your request, prepare the appropriate LearnAIthing path, and route managed-outcome needs to AI Jungle when relevant.

We do not sell personal data and do not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Retention and rights

We keep lead information for as long as the business relationship requires. You can request deletion at any time.
